IBB-ERP will offer the following services.

  • Needs assessment – The first step is to assess the needs of our customer’s business and determine if any customizations are required for our ERP system. This involves evaluating the business processes and workflows, identifying pain points and areas for improvement, and determining the features and functionality required to meet the business’s needs.
  • Configuration – By this stage, we would have the ERP system configured to meet the specific needs of our customer’s business operations. So, we will begin with setting up user accounts, defining workflows and business rules, and customizing reports and dashboards.
  • System testing – The testing stage is critical to ensure that the ERP system is functioning as expected. We will run various tests to examine the individual modules and integrated processes to identify any gaps for closure and resolve any issues.
  • Planning – The next step is to create an implementation plan. This includes identifying key stakeholders and defining their roles, setting a timeline for the project completion within budget. At this point, we will also evaluate the customer’s business processes and the best methods of importing historical data from the customer’s other systems into our ERP software.
  • Employee training – Employees (users) who will be using the ERP system must be given comprehensive training on how to effectively use the new system. We can conduct training at the customer site or remotely, as per your preference. We will also provide training materials and offer ongoing support to ensure that users can effectively use the system and that business operations are not interrupted.
  • Go-live – This is the end of our involvement in the planning and implantation part, as the ERP system has been launched. However, based on our agreement with our customers, we offer ongoing maintenance and support to ensure that the ERP solution continues to meet our customer’s business needs and support the resolution of any issues that could arise periodically.
